Иногда нужно изменить какой-либо параметр в Windows, требующий прав администратора, но при этом нет возможности перелогиниться, например, работая, подключившись к компьютеру удалённо.
Выход: запуск из командной строки апплетов "панели управления". Естественно, саму командную строку запускаем от имени администратора, что не вызывает затруднения.
Например, чтобы изменить дату-время нужно выполнить команду
